A written session record is delivered within 48 hours. The record includes a summary of observed patterns, references to relevant published nutritional research, and a set of prioritised focus areas that the individual can work through at their own pace.
Sessions run approximately 90 minutes and are conducted at the Dharmawangsa studio. Remote sessions are available for individuals outside Jakarta. Initial consultations are scheduled through the contact form.

Nutrition guidance engagements at Ondaro begin with an audit of current eating patterns — meal timing, food group distribution, hydration habits, and supplementation where applicable. The audit is conducted through a structured self-report form and a follow-up review session.
Recommendations are framed around whole-food sourcing available in Jakarta’s traditional and modern markets. Portion awareness and meal structure guidance draws from published nutritional research and is adapted for the equatorial dietary context.
